Each of us successfully played their role in joint activity between the state and international companies, production sharing agreements, joint ventures and other.

Our team members played their roles in projects, including, but not limited to:

  • Execution of the Production Sharing Agreement for hydrocarbons to be recovered within Yuzivska block between the state of Ukraine and Shell Royal Dutch;
  • Exploration and production on Chornukhy and Belousivske GCF field performed by Kuwait Energy Company in Poltava region, Ukraine, including design and construction of 0.5 bcf/d Gas Plant on Belousivske Field;
  • Exploration drilling on North-Yablunivske GCF field in the framework of JA Agreement between state-owned Ukrgazvydobuvannya and KEC
  • Design, construction, commissioning and start-up of 1.5 bcf/d Gas Plant (including SRU and flow lines) on Karpenka OGCF field, performed by Vostok Energy Plc, UK in Saratov region, Russian Federation
